As an Engineering Documentation Technician, I organize and standardize technical documentation for precision manufacturing systems by diving into both engineering drawings and cross-functional requirements. Through BOM extraction, drawing annotation, and standards review, I uncovered inconsistencies and gaps, translating them into accurate, compliant documentation by shaping clear, standardized records that directly support production and customer needs.

As a UX/UI Design consultant on MSU's Transforming Tools Together project, I helped reimagine the standard anxiety and depression screeners (PHQ-9/GAD-7) into an accessible experience built for and with autistic youth. I started with the research, analyzing 10 caregiver interviews and turning those findings into clear design decisions. From there, I built a Figma component library of 40+ reusable elements and designed a "companion system," an age-adaptive character that guides users through the tool, lowers cognitive load, and makes navigation feel intuitive. Grounded in universal design and co-design principles, the work delivers multimodal, one-question-at-a-time interactions that let each young person choose how they respond, turning a clinical form into something that meets users where they are.
